The Project Management FASTRACK is a competency-based, engaging and participative training program that aligns with the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBoK) and the Australian National Competency Standards. It provides essential knowledge and skills in project management focusing on how to plan manage and close projects effectively, and more importantly ensure that projects deliver the outcomes your business requires.
The program is facilitated by highly experience practising certified Project Directors that will impart Best Practice in Project establishment delivery and closure.
The Project Management FASTRACK comprises of skills focussed training. The training component is a four day course that will provide practicing project managers with best practise training in the key elements of project management as well as the opportunity to gain an international recognised qualification.
